</p><p>I would like to revive this thread as I think we urgently need to discuss what to do with the amount of short pages that currently exist on the Wiki. </p>

<p>For the most part, merge vital information into larger pages and leave a redirect.</p>

<p>New discussion time! MrThermomanPreacher just pointed out that we should probably think about updating the Wiki's featured page. John LaMarr doesn't quite the Modus Operandi anymore and considering it was placed there well over a year ago, we should discuss what could replace it going forward. </p>

<p>The show's official main cast includes LaMarr. Do we want to follow the show's list or make our own. That said, you're not wrong. LaMarr had a very small role this season---smaller than Klyden, who is the obvious choice to replace LaMarr.</p>

<p>I think you might be misinterpreting my comment. I don't mean we should take LaMarr off the front page list of the main cast, I mean we should take him off the slideshow that presents his Wiki page as a featured article. </p><p>
</p><p>It doesn't currently fit our standards anymore as it's lacking up to date information. We should instead choose a new article that's genuinely the best the Wiki has to offer, and present that on the slideshow instead. </p><p>

<p>Can I delete this page? I know it's probably popular with a lot of Star Trek fans who watch the Orville, but it serves no purpose as a mainspace page and is currently not linked to nothing. I don't see that changing in the future and considering its unprofessional nature I think we'd be better off just removing it. </p>
