On the other hand, with so much available online &/or through social media, I doubt people would have the attention span to remain fixed on following the story an individual for long enough for them to before sent to a correctional facility. After a couple of hours everyone would probably just move on to the next thing

@SPG inc a couple of hours is still enough time for people to be rendering judgment.

This was just a comparison plus that system fell apart rather quickly.
