I'd rather see it on netflix too (or fox), but I'm pretty sure it'll air on different platforms in other countries, like the other seasons, and won't just be limited to hulu (unless you live in the USA, in which case you'll probably only be able to watch it originally on hulu). Apparently the third season is supposed to air on June 2, 2022 on hulu., but with all the delays it's had since it started, and with seth macfarlane's interest in pursuing other projects, who knows if that'll ever happen. If it ever airs, hopefully it'll at least be good, and who knows, maybe it could even be developed by someone else for other seasons, or have a reboot like star trek had after TOS (which turned out very well for star trek).

No, because other than rank, there's also a chain of command and people are specifically appointed as leaders for certain missions or projects.
Keyali was probably a slightly more competent commander, but both of them were pretty good. Kitan became better once she had more experience.

The orville has really excellent music and I really like how they play classy piano, jazz, and other classic songs, and make historical pop culture references often, because it really helps to add lots of unique character and style to the show.
