All producers who have worked on The Orville.
The show's overseers are its executive producers.
- Seth MacFarlane, also the show's creator and showrunner.
- Brannon Braga, who also serves as a writer and director.
- David A. Goodman, who also serves as a writer.
- Jon Cassar, who joined in Season 2, also became that season's leading dedicated director.
- Jason Clark, who monitors the physical production of the show, such as its sets.
- Liz Heldens, also a writer, left this role after Season 1 but was retained as a consultant for the show.
- Finally, Jon Favreau is credited as executive producer for the pilot episode Old Wounds. (Favraeu directed the pilot as well.)
André Bormanis holds the unique title of supervising producer, likely because he oversees the "science" behind the show.
The show boasts a small number of co-executive producers as well:
- Cherry Chevapravatdumrong, who is also a writer.
- Howard Griffith, who is also the unit production manager, oversees location scouting.
- Wellesley Wild, also a writer, left after Season 1.
- Janet Lin and Joe Menosky, who are also writers, joined in Season 2, effectively replacing Heldens and Wild.
In two unusual instances, a member of the staff was credited as producer. The reasons for these are unknown:
- Ryan Ford, typically the show's production accountant and Season 2 production manager, was credited as a producer for Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow.
- Jason Roberts, the show's first assistant director and Season 2 production manager, was credited as producer for The Road Not Taken.
The following are co-producers:
- Joy Fehily
- James Williams and Grace Kountzhouse, both of whom left after Season 1.
- Alana Kleiman, who worked on the show from Fuzzy Door Productions, and Aaron McPherson joined in Season 2, effectively replacing Williams and Kountzhouse.
- Paul Orehovec was a co-producer for the episodes Ja'loja and Primal Urges.
- Lori Motyer was a co-producer for the pilot Old Wounds.
The following are associate producers:
- Tom Costantino, who is an editor, became assistant producer as well in Season 2.
- Andre Danylevich, who was originally a production manager for Season 1 and part of Season 2, was promoted to assistant producer in Season 2, starting with the episode Home.
