Hoshel is a host of the television show The Chat on the planet Sargus 4. Along with her co-hosts, Carris and Semmla, Hoshel interviews guests on apology tours.

The three co-hosts interview John LaMarr in the middle of his apology tour. Hoshel is particularly interested in LaMarr's putative donations to the Mella Giffendon Foundation for Disadvantaged Children, pressing him about exactly how much was given. To their disgust, John avoids answering.
